His latest book Camelot returns us to the realms of Arthurian legend. His brilliant story of Galahad, Lancelot’s son – the reluctant warrior who dared to keep the dream of Camelot alive.

Interviewed by Mark Turnbull whose passion for the English Civil War has led him to re-enact famous battles.

His latest book Allegiance of Blood opens on the evening of 23 October 1642, amidst the carnage of the first battle of the English Civil War.
