Can-Do Theatre returns to this year’s Festival with a brand-new storytelling show.
“Roll Up, Roll Up” tells tales of the times when the Travelling Circus came to Newark.
Audiences will hear how the famous Barnum brought his three-ring circus to Newark from America and tales of the performers and animals who starred in the shows.
Storytellers George Bassett and Gillian Bates weave magical and humorous tales based on the history of Newark, recreating characters from past times. Bring your questions!
