Join Hannah Sylvester\, Medical Herbalist\, for a gentle\, enlightening morning stroll along the pathway beside the River Trent\, to learn how to identify\, and safely and ethically forage for wild plants. \nAfter riverside herbal forage\, you’ll take your collected plants back to ‘Tea at Lil Maggies’\, where you’ll create your own remedies to take home\, using simple kitchen ingredients as part of the process. You’ll also make and share a herbal infusion\, plus your own blend of herbal tea bags to take home.  \nA gentle and inspiring morning to deepen your connection with nature.
